Refund and Cancellation Policy

At The Majik House Studios, we understand that plans can change. Our policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our studio, ensuring we can continue to offer high-quality, personalized podcasting experiences.

Booking Token:

1) The booking token of ₹10,000 secures your session and is typically non-refundable once you receive a confirmation voucher from us.
2) If we cannot accommodate the booking for your scheduled date and time, we will issue a full refund of the token amount.
3) If you choose to cancel before receiving the confirmation voucher by email, the payment gateway fee of up to 3% + ₹14.99 + GST will be deducted for an instant refund on intimation by email. The above charges are charged by the payment gateway and we incur a loss on every refund payment otherwise.

Rescheduling:

1) We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on slot availability.
2) Rescheduling is subject to studio availability and is not guaranteed, especially during periods of high demand. Requests are handled on a first-come, first-serve basis.


We encourage our clients to communicate any changes in their plans as early as possible, allowing us the opportunity to accommodate their needs and those of other clients.
