Terms of Service for The Majik House Studios – Podcast Studio Services

Welcome to The Majik House Studios. By accessing and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description: The Majik House Studios offers professional podcast recording services, including audio and video production, with options for custom interior setups and state-of-the-art recording equipment.
2. User Responsibilities: Clients are expected to use the studio facilities and equipment responsibly and must adhere to all posted guidelines. Prohibited activities will be clearly outlined and include, but are not limited to, the misuse of equipment and disruptive behaviour. Such will be communicated in written and/or verbally before or during the session.
3. Payment and Fees: Details on booking token amount, service fees, and payment schedules will be provided. Additional charges for bespoke services or damages to studio property may apply. Please refer to the refund policy for token amount (link).
4. Intellectual Property: Unless otherwise agreed, clients retain copyright ownership of their recorded content. The Majik House Studios retains the right to use recorded content for promotional purposes, subject to prior client consent.
5. Limitation of Liability: The Majik House Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Termination of Service: Services may be terminated by either party under conditions of breach of these terms, with adequate notice provided according to the specifics of the service agreement.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These terms are governed by the Govt. of India and Govt. of Karnataka laws. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, legal action, in the courts of Bengaluru, India.
8. Amendments to the Terms: The Majik House Studios reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes in advance.
